DOT has a long story behind it and like the dot, it described a position in space. In classical Greek geometry, the dot was an intuitive concept, a body without dimensions. SerraydelaRocha has used this idea to create a lamp that is defined as the point of origin. "An element formed exclusively by Light, a body without matter". DOT is available in four versions: ceiling, pendant, table and floor. The shade is manufactured in white satinated polyethylene with a matt texture, a very hardwearing, 100% recyclable, translucent material. Indoor/Outdoor (European only). This material was not chosen by chance; environmental aspects are basic to everything Estiluz does.

The DOT ceiling light is comprised of a white satinated polyethylene shade with a matt texture that fills the room with a warm, pleasant light. DOT is a simple yet beautiful circular shade like a dot.
