The latest addition to Everki’s Versa line is a backpack built for business. Its stylish black exterior and tasteful design allows it to fit in as well in the boardroom as it does on the commute to work, and two leather handles allow the user to carry the bag like a briefcase in situations where wearing it as a backpack is either inconvenient or not appropriate.
The Versa backpack’s Checkpoint Friendly laptop compartment fits the MacBook Pro 15” or a laptop up to 14.1” in its own padded, felt-lined pocket, and an adjacent slot for iPad/Kindle/tablet PCs leaves these devices just as well-protected. This compartment opens a full 180 degrees to make checking through airport security as simple as possible and its contents are protected by Everki’s innovative, patent-pending corner-guard protection system – extra padding in the areas laptop manufacturers cite as most frequently in need of repair.
This bag’s functionality doesn’t end with its laptop compartment. Its main compartment features a convenient file organizer that keeps documents in place and shields delicate corners to prevent dog-earing. A see-through pocket and two Velcro pockets make organization a cinch and even when the pockets and slots are full, this compartment leaves plenty of room for a sweater or light jacket.
Yet a third compartment comes outfitted with slots for pens, business cards, etc., and the Versa also features easy-access side pockets (with a water bottle loop), a slim magnetic pocket and another small, zippered compartment ideal for stashing passports, tickets, and other items the traveller needs close at hand.
