It supports RAID 0 (stripping), RAID 1 (mirroring). The SATA 3 bus speed is up to 6.0Gb/s. SATA 3 is a high-speed serial link it replaces the parallel ATA standard. The hard drives will be installed direct on the controller. It is the right choice to connect SATA 3 devices via PCIe. It is easy to install.
