The glazed cast iron griddle is in accordance with European standards for foodstuffs, and has the relevant certification. There is a chrome-plated steel wire pan support under the griddle, allowing you to use this barbecue like a traditional outdoor cooker. The COMBINATO is easy to assemble, by simply attaching the four legs.
