Use

- Carefully remove the sheath
- Cut with caution
- When cutting bone, use the power notch to avoid putting undue wear on the blades
- To use the herb stripper, open the blades, place the herb stem in the small notch below the pivot, close the blades and pull the stem through

Care

- Open the blades fully and slide them apart at the hinge to separate
- Wash in dishwasher to sterilize
- Reconnect the blades at the hinge
- Carefully sheathe the blades and place in storage
