Compact A3 capable scanner with 100 sheet capacity, ADF and fold-away output tray. The fi-5530C2 is ideal for un-attended workgroup scanning of multipage documents and mixed batches. It can scan any paper size from A8 to A3 and features a straight paper path that caters for thicker items such as ID cards. The fi-5530C2 scans at up to 100ppm in A4 landscape mode and - thanks to its small footprint and advanced feature set – offers the most cost-effective decentralised scanning solution in its class.
The Fujitsu fi-5530C2 Departmental Scanner offers a rich feature set in a compact package. Measuring just 399 x 225 x 193 mm, the fi-5530C2 is an A3 duplex scanner capable of a vigorous duty cycle of up to 5,000 documents per day.
Performance Scanning for Demanding Users
It scans at speeds up to 50 ppm simplex / 100 ipm simplex (landscape, 200 dpi), featuring dual colour CCDs with true, 600-dpi resolution for capturing subtle details, and uses ultrasonic double-feed detection for reliable, automatic scanning. For greater ease-of-use, the fi-5530C2 includes a 100-page automatic document feeder (ADF) that handles documents ranging from A8 up to A3, and also scans documents up to 863 mm long. For simplified connectivity, the Fujitsu fi-5530C2 features a dual-interface, including ports for Ultra SCSI and high-speed USB 2.0 connections.

PaperStream IP – high quality image processing
Built on TWAIN / ISIS standards, PaperStream IP is the scanner driver for Fujitsu fi-series image scanners. With its advanced black and white and colour processing, a range of documents can be automatically and easily converted into image data suitable for complex post capture processing -producing for example highly accurate OCR results. High quality image data can be created without defining scanner settings in advance, as PaperStream IP will aim to optimise this automatically for every sheet.
PaperStream Capture – enhanced batch scanning
PaperStream Capture enhances the data capture process from adjusting scanning settings to performing batch scanning, verifying data and releasing to directories, repositories or subsequent process routines. Users can complete data capture tasks easily with the extremely user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI). Moving scanned batches into a queue for later retrieval is possible as well.
