Service description
The customer reports a faulty device to the service desk over the telephone. If the service desk cannot eliminate the fault by telephone, the device will be collected from the customer's and brought to a Repair Center to be repaired. After it has been repaired, the device will be returned to the customer. In warranty cases, Fujitsu Technology Solutions bears the costs for collection, the required material or spare part and any necessary working times as well as the transport costs for returning the device to the customer.
