The stainless steel rotating bowl, the dough hook and whisk add versatility to this professional stand mixer. Pastaio is ideal for mixing quickly and thoroughly also the toughest and heavy dough (i.e. for cakes and cookies, or the dough for fresh egg pasta). The dough hook mixes and ensures optimal results, making it the perfect accessory for mixing bread and pizza dough, saving time and effort compared to hand-kneading process. The aluminium beater, suitable for processing more delicate mixtures, it is designed to incorporate the maximum amount of air so as to create a soft whipped cream. All accessories can be easily connected easily to the unit with one simple gesture.
Pastaio, moreover, is able to easily work a lot of ingredients: the large 7litre-bowl 7 stainless steel made is wide enough to handle large amounts of dough.
<b>Great performance</b>
The batter and the tree on the professional stand mixer Pastaio, are designed to perform a single action of mix that lets you create a homogeneous dough, eliminating the need to rotate the bowl during the process. Leaving the hands free, you have the possibility to measure additional ingredients or, more simply, to control those recipes that require a longer time of processing, preparing carefully each step of the recipe. The 6 speeds also allow the user to select the correct one at all times, necessary to create an always perfect mix of ingredients.
<b>Easy to use</b>
To help less experienced users, Pastaio is equipped with 7 automatic programs, which are easily accessible via the digital menu located on the control panel. It will be possible in a few easy steps, to create perfect mixes for cakes, bread and pasta or to activate the automatic functions for meat grinder and tirapasta attachments.
The backward tilt of the head allows easy access to the bowl and accessories. A lock lever keeps the head firmly in place and fixed to the base unit. During this operation, the locking device inhibits accidental initiation, as to ensure maximum user safety during mounting and cleaning operations.
