Use With Other Apps
Additional benefits of using the Garmin StreetPilot App for the iPhone 5 include navigation capabilities via other popular apps such as Glympse and Foursquare. Glympse allows you to share your location and estimated time of arrival with whoever you choose; Foursquare allows you to share the places you've visited and get recommendations based on where you and your friends have been. Once you've identified any location using these apps, you can press 'Go' to be directed there using the Garmin StreetPilot app.
The StreetPilot App also includes iCloud support to help you keep your favourites in sync across all your iOS devices.
Crowd Sourced Safety Cameras
The Speedwatch® safety camera service is provided by Garmin, in conjunction with Cyclops - the market leader in safety cameras, and is included with every purchase of the StreetPilot app. The service includes fixed safety cameras as well as potential mobile sites and crowd sourced mobile camera reports (where available) from the whole Speedwatch® & Garmin community - to ensure you travel safely, legally and speed-consciously.
