This compact device supports Atheros Super G and Extended Range (XR) technology for connection speeds up to 108Mbps and wider transmission ranges while in XR mode. The high-speed performance of the WLAN adapter provides the ability to quickly transfer files.
Networking Options
The Gigaset USB Stick 108 is optimized for use with other Gigaset routers providing a fast and consistent connection to the entire home environment. This WLAN adapter is compatible with existing 802.11g/b products, and can be used in the home, work or public networks. Like other Gigaset home networking products, the USB Stick 108 can be used in peer-to-peer mode, for connecting directly to other wireless enabled computers, or client mode for communicating with other users through an access point or router.
Simple Installation and Configuration
The Gigaset USB Stick 108 provides an easy to follow installation and configuration software guide with windows-based instructions.
