Functions for managing calls
The Gigaset S820H allows you to manage calls effortlessly. Utilize the time-based call silencer if you don’t want to be disturbed at certain times of day. You can also block incoming calls of specific numbers. A most convenient feature: call and text message forwarding that, for instance, allows you to forward incoming calls and texts to your mobile device when you are away from home.
Tools for organization
Lists of the most recent outgoing, incoming and missed numbers can be dialled with one touch on the display. The handset also features a built-in calendar, date reminder and alarm clock with snooze button. You can even program birthday reminders for each contact, which makes the handset a really practical household device.

The energy-saving power supply of the Gigaset S820H consumes less electricity, so it’s kinder to the environment, and kinder to your wallet. Like all Gigaset cordless phones, it variably reduces the transmitting power from the handset to base station depending on their distance apart. You can also reduce the transmitting power of the Gigaset S820H’s base station by 80% simply by selecting the ECO Mode. Furthermore, radiation-free ECO Mode Plus turns off the transmitting power when the phone is in standby.
