If desired, the Gigaset S850 suppresses the ringtone of anonymous calls and notifies you via an optical signal on the display – keeping you undisturbed. And should you miss a call, you’re immediately notified on the display and by the flashing message key.

The Gigaset S850 wins you over with its excellent hands-free function in full-duplex quality: speaking and listening at the same time simply gives your conversation a much more natural flow! The three audio profiles easily let you adjust the acoustics of your conversation to your surroundings and give you even more comfort. The new Gigaset Sculpture phone varies the transmitting power from the handset to the base station depending on their distance apart. The result: energy-efficient telephony that’s easy on the environment. The ECO Mode decreases the transmitting power by 80% while ECO Mode Plus even switches the transmitting power off whenever the phone is not in use. It’s that simple to keep your home free of unnecessary radiation.

Keeping up with missed calls has never been easier with the Gigaset S850A GO. Three integrated answering machines with up to 55 minutes of recording time can be allocated to both your landline and your Internet phone numbers – with individual announcements for each.
