Our new EVO slicing machines - the slicing evolution!

The 45 W energy-saving motor has a peak slicing power of 170 W and adapts itself to the hardness of the cutting item.

The EVO slicing machines have extremely compact dimensions but offer a maximum cutting capacity at the same time.

The new serrated stainless steel blade is ideal for most cutting items, even bread with hard crusts.

The two-finger-operation with quick-action and continuous operation allows you to easily and safely operate the slicing machine.

All EVO slicing machines are equipped with a child lock via a carriage lock.

The slicing thickness is steplessly variable between 0 and 20 mm. You can decide for yourself how thick or thin the slices should be.
