L50 150 kg Capacity Aluminium Stepladder (4 Steps) The Hailo L50 range of stepladders are designed and made in Germany specifically for serious DIY or trade use. The steps are certified to BS EN131 standard, which means that they can hold a maximum load of 150 kg.
The frame of the Hailo L50 stepladders is made from rectangular-section aluminium for maximum strength and minimum weight. For greater strength and safety, each step has a non-slip, ribbed finish and is attached to the frame with rivets, and there are serrated foot caps to reduce slip. The ladders have an extra-high, fracture-proof plastic safety rail which increases safety when you are working at higher levels. The safety rail also features a useful, integrated bucket hook, a feature that helps to make painting or cleaning jobs easier and safer. The L50 stepladders also have Hailo’s patented hinge-locking mechanism, so that they cannot inadvertently collapse.
