- The loudspeakers should only be transported in their original packaging or other suitable packaging that protects them from knocks and jolts.
- Condensation can arise when the loudspeakers are brought from a cold environment into the room where they are to be used. Only operate the loudspeakers after they have adjusted to the new ambient temperature and are absolutely dry.
- Check that the local power supply is 230 V, 50 Hz.
- Ensure that the mains socket of the house installation is freely accessible.
- The ON/OFF switch does not separate the loudspeakers from the mains. The plug must be
disconnected from the mains socket for complete separation from the mains power supply.
- Only use the loudspeakers in dry rooms.
- Conduct the cables in such a manner that they cannot become a source of danger (tripping) or be damaged.
Observe the corresponding instructions for the connection of the loudspeakers in these operating instructions.
- Ensure that no foreign objects (e.g. staples, etc.) or liquids can enter the loudspeakers (electrical shock, short circuit!).
- Immediately switch off the loudspeakers and disconnect the mains plug in the event of an emergency (e.g. damaged case, control elements or power cable, or if liquids or foreign bodies have entered the loudspeakers).
- Repairs must only be carried out by authorized, qualified personnel.
- Prior to cleaning switch off the loudspeakers and disconnect the mains plug. The loudspeaker case can be cleaned with a dry cloth. In the event of more severe grime use a moist cloth that has been dipped in water with a mild detergent and then been tightly wrung out.
