HP Installation and Startup Service for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems comprises the installation, configuration, and startup activities for selected Microsoft Windows OS server products, delivered on a single supported HP ProLiant or HP Integrity server. This service includes preinstallation planning by an HP specialist, installation of the Microsoft Windows OS and the appropriate network protocol(s), integration of the server into your network environment, NIC configuration, print queue setup, configuration of the Remote Insight Lights-Out (RILO) board (ProLiant only), installation of HP Insight Management Agent software for servers, creation of a Microsoft operating-system repair disk, and basic orientation on product usage. The supported Microsoft Windows operating systems are: - Windows Server 2003, Web Edition - Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition - Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition - Windows Server 2003, Enterprise x64 Edition - Windows Server 2003, Datacenter x64 Edition Includes version R2 or greater Custom deployment of Microsoft operating systems is also available, with the work to be performed detailed in a custom Statement of Work (SOW).
