The HP 802.11a/b/g Workgroup Bridge provides secure wireless LAN-to-LAN connectivity for remote LAN segments or devices, creating a low-cost mixed wired and wireless network while maintaining flexibility as business needs and network designs change. The Wi-Fi-certified wireless workgroup bridge enables legacy wired Ethernet network devices—PCs, laptops, and cameras—to be quickly, easily and securely connected to the wireless LAN. The bridge can securely connect up to 16 devices to the network, and IEEE 802.1X server authentication helps protect against unauthorized network access.
