Huawei AR3200 series enterprise routers (AR3200) are next-generation enterprise-class routers based on the Huawei proprietary Versatile Routing Platform (VRP), which take advantage of Huawei long-term accumulation in data communication, wireless, access network, and core network fields. The AR3200 integrates routing, switching, 3G, voice, and security functions. It uses a multi-core CPU and non-blocking switching structure that provides industry-leading system performance, meeting service development requirements both now and in the future. The AR3200 provides an integrated solution for enterprise networks, speeds up multi-service provision, and protects customers' investments.
AR3200 routers are designed with multi-core CPU and distributed service processing to double the performance than other same level products in the industry. The main controllerSRU40 provides a switching capacity of 80 Gbps to ensure non-blocking service operation.
With the "All-In-One" design concept,AR3200 integrates multiple services including
Routing,Switching,Firewall,Security,HQoS,Multicast,VPN(IPSec/GRE/MPLS VPN/SSL VPN/DSVPN/L2TP),software-based AP Controller etc. Besides,AR3200 supports Open service platform(OSP) to help the customer,agent and third-vendor to develop the customrized IT system as required.
AR3200 router supports abundant interface cards for network interconnection :
xPON,xDSL,CE1/CT1/PRI,FXS/FXO/VE1/ISDN,GE/FE,CPOS,SA/AS,3G etc.AR3200 also supports x86 cards to provide Open Service Platform(OSP) integrating third-party IT systems.All the interface cards are hot swapable.
AR3200 supports DSP slots and various voice features:
1)Basic voice services provided by built-in PBX,SIP Server and SIP Access Gateway;
2)Value-added services including multi-party voice conference/IVR/Group services/Intelligent routing etc.
