External enclosure along with a leather case for 2.5" SATA hard disks to USB 3.0, black Hard disk enclosures can be practical and beautiful at the same time. It does not always have to be out of plastic or/and aluminium - for those who like other materials, the ICY BOX IB-255U3 SATA enclosure is available. The hard disk or SSD installed inside is not only well protected, but also very quickly accessible. The USB 3.0 connection permits transfer rates of up to 5 GBit / second and supports SATA III 6 GBit/ second and UASP.

The closing mechanism consists of a magnetic mechanism which promises that the data stays where it belongs. But beauty and speed are not all - the leather case is equipped with two credit card sized slits for notes and cards. An hidden LED in the enclosure provides information regarding the HDD status as well as power.

The data organizer
This hard drive enclosure can accommodate a 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD with a height up to 9.5 mm. The hard disk capacity is unlimited. SATA II, II and III hard drives are supported.

Handy at work
The practical synthetic leather bag can contain, if desired, business cards or small notes. Due to the shock-resistant casing, the precious cargo is well protected. Especially the mechanical parts of HDDs are somewhat more susceptible.
