4K Compliant 8x8 HDBaseT Matrix Switcher The KanexPro 8x8 HDMI to HDBaseT® matrix switch is your one stop solution to sending up to eight High definition A/V sources to 8 UHD displays or projectors to up to 230 feet (70m) supporting 4K resolutions. The matrix system utilizes HDBaseT technology, which is the most versatile and robust way to extend HDMI and control signals at longer runs over a single Cat5E category cable.

It supports computer-video to 1920x1200, 4K UHD, including HDTV 1080p/60 and allows cross-point switching rapidly. The matrix provisions with full HDCP management for continuous encryption and authentication to maintain quick and reliable switching. It also incorporates EDID communication for each input/output ensuring proper source power up and maintaining a steady video signal on the display side.

Fully controllable through RS-232 and optional TCP/IP when used with third-party control systems. Ideal for various commercial applications such as, control centers, smart lecture halls, medical, government and residential environments where signal management and distribution of HD video signals are is critical.
