DIMAGE A200 Digital Foto 8.0
It's so easy to capture beautiful shots. Konica Minolta's Anti-Shake technology shifts the CCD to compensate for the vibrations that occur with handheld shooting. This includes gradual body movements made when shooting sunset and other low-light scenes, and fine hand movements made when taking telephoto or macro shots. You get clearer, sharper shots, and you can shoot with shutter speeds up to eight times longer (3 stops)* than with digital cameras without such technology. Anti-Shake also helps you capture finer images when taking movies.
Capture beautiful sunsets with minimal blurring even when low light levels require slow the shutter speeds.
Telephoto shots that normally amplify fine hand movements come out sharp thanks to shake compensation.
Angular velocity sensors detect camera shake and the SIDM (Smooth Impact Drive Mechanism) actuator shifts the CCD vertically or horizontally to compensate. You get clear, beautiful images without having to use your tripod so often.
The DiMAGE A200 is effective against a wide range of camera shake. This not only includes subtle, high-frequency shaking, but also low-frequency shaking caused by large body movements.
The DiMAGE A200 is equipped with three AF Area modes (Wide, 11-Point Focus-Area Selection, and Flex Focus Point), two AF modes (Single-shot AF and Continuous AF), and Full-time AF. Simply choose the one that best suits your subject and shooting conditions. You can also use Direct Manual Focus when you need even greater precision, like for portraits and macro shots, by turning the focus ring after the AF looks on the subject.
To focus quickly and accurately on a subject moving toward or away from you, simply press the shutter button halfway down in the Continuous AF mode; the DiMAGE A200 predicts the subject motion for optimal focus. This is great for athletic meets or other sporting events.
