Anti-Shake at any zoom setting
The DiMAGE Z6's Anti-Shake system virtually eliminates blurring caused by camera shake with an exclusive Konica Minolta mechanism that acts directly on the CCD.
This powerful feature gives you the ability to take hand-held shots at shutter speeds four to eight times longer (2-3 stops) than typically required, without compro-mise to optical image quality.
Selectable Anti-Shake modes
The Anti-Shake mechanism can be set to any of three modes: Display + Exposure, Exposure, and Off. In Display + Exposure mode, Anti-Shake compensation is applied as soon as the shutter release button is pressed partway down. And if you're uncomforable composing shots with Anti-Shake on, you can choose Exposure mode to apply it only for the duration of the actual exposure.
6-megapixel resolution for big, beautiful photo prints
The high-resolution, 6-megapixel CCD (effective) captures such fine image detail that even 179 mm x 238 mm / 7 in. x 9.4 in. (300 dpi) photo prints look great. What's more, CCD performance is further enhanced by the finest quality all-glass GT lens specifically designed by Konica Minolta for digital photography. Featuring APO (apochromatic) optics and AD (Anomalous Dispersion) glass elements for edge-to-edge sharpness and superior color fidelity, the GT lens ensures that each shot is crisper, clearer, and more detail-rich.
Mega Zoom: 48x total zoom with 12x optical zoom
