Time Base Corrector, Synchronizer & Format Converter The FC−400 is a TBC and synchronizer for composite and s−Video (Y/C) signals. It corrects timing errors and outputs both composite and s−Video signals simultaneously.

- Standards - NTSC (3.58) or PAL−B (DIP−switch selectable). No conversion between standards.
