Total 5 years on-site Warranty for FS-C5015N We recognise that it is simply not practical to send the larger machines to our workshop for repair, and have provided on-site warranty. For calls where the developer is faulty, we will send you a replacement direct on a next day basis. For all other fault calls placed before 3.30pm an engineer will be sent to your site on the next working day to repair the printer, copier or multifunction product.
