High- speed wireless LAN.
The AirLancer USB-300agn is a USB adapter designed to upgrade laptops and desktop PCs to IEEE 802.11n (draft 2.0). By connecting this device to a standard USB 2.0 interface, clients benefit from higher throughput and better coverage. Because of its backward compatibility to the former IEEE 802.11abg standards, the AirLancer USB-300agn assures highest levels of flexibility. Depending on the configuration, switching between the standards can be automated to provide immediate access to every user, whatever the situation requires. Rapid logins to wireless hotspots don't get any quicker and easier than this.
Enterprise WLAN.

Because companies rarely migrate entire infrastructures to a different WLAN standard in one go, it is common for different standards to be working in parallel. The USB-300agn is able to switch between both frequency ranges (2.4 and 5 GHz) and can upgrade non-11n clients. Data transfer speeds can be more than doubled, the range of wireless cells is optimized, and existing WLAN standards can be operated in parallel.

The AirLancer USB-300agn supports all of the security technologies in wireless LANs hosted by LANCOM Wireless access points, including IEEE 802.11i, 802.1x, WPA2, WPA and WEP64/128/152.
