Product Overview
The LevelOne FPS-1033 print server is an ideal network printing solution for small offices, home offices, schools and other businesses that require printer sharing over the same network. The FPS-1033 is a multi-port Fast Ethernet Print Server and provides network printer sharing for both USB and Parallel printers.
Multi Printer Support
The FPS-1033 Multi Port print server provides simultaneous connectivity to two USB and one Parallel printers. It supports the USB 2.0 standard for high-speed printing.
Multi OS and Network Printing Protocol Support
The FPS-1033 Multi Port Print Server supports Windows ME, 2000,2003 and XP operating systems as well as Mac OS 8.1 and higher and UNIX/Linux and Netware (Bindery/NDS). Network Print Protocol supported includes TCP/IP, IPX, NetBEUI, AppleTalk, LPR, SMB over TCP/IP and IPP for flexible use with different network clients connected to the same office network.
Easy Installation Wizard
The LevelOne FPS-1033 is easily configurable using a Web Browser or Windows based configuration program included with the CD-ROM. The print server is easily managed through a Web based user interface and the firmware is upgradeable through TFTP, the windows set-up program or the Web based user interface.
