Product Overview
The FBR-1161 ADSL Router is an easy-to-use ADSL router with one Ethernet port and one USB port designed for home and office use that allows for faster connection speeds of up to 24Mbps. It complies with the latest ADSL industry standards, ADSL2 and ADSL2+ for high-speed Internet access.
Speedy Internet Access
The FBR-1161 router is ADSL/ADSL2 and ADSL2+ compliant with downstream speeds of up to 24Mbps. The new high-speed ADSL2+ standard allows for better broadband access to online gaming, video streaming and real-time audio sites. This router makes use of the Annex M standard to achieve higher upload speeds by doubling the upstream data rate.
Robust Firewall Security
Along with the built-in NAT natural firewall feature, the FBR-1161 router also provides Denial of Service (DoS) attacks feature to counter hacking attempts and URL content filtering.
Easy Network Management
The Web-based User Interface makes the FBR-1161 router extremely easy for users to install and manage the network. With DHCP client and built-in server, network administrators can easily attach the router into an existing network and manage the IP assignment without re-configuring other stations. Furthermore, future firmware upgrade can be done via a friendly Web-based User Interface.

The FBR-1161 router integrates both an USB and Ethernet LAN interface into one box. The router allows for computers to be connected either via USB cable or Ethernet port to access the Internet.
