The LG-Ericsson iPECS ES-1008P and ES-1016P are 8 and 16-port Fast Ethernet Unmanaged PoE Switches that provide plug and play connectivity combined with Power over Ethernet for the SMB. The iPECS ES-1008P/1016P does not require any software configuration and installation is extremely quick and simple. Auto negotiation allows each port to automatically adjust for the best speed and transmission mode (half/full-duplex). The store-and-forward switching architecture prevents bad packets from being transmitted Provides up to 15.4 watts of power per PoE port in the network.
The iPECS ES-1008P and 1016P features 4 and 8 IEEE802.3af PoE ports, with each port capable of supplying up to 15.4 Watts of power. PoE provides flexible placement options for wireless access points, IP cameras, and IP phones and allows these devices to be installed in locations that are far from AC power outlets.
