NR1402SG, 7.1ch., 20-20000Hz, HDMI 1.4, 8.2kg, silver-gold
Users who do not need the network functionalities or USB features of it’s bigger brother NR1602, will find their ideal AV centre with the NR1402. The second slim-line AV Receiver in the 2011 line-up also offers a line-up of clever features. The NR1402 comes, among others, with on-board decoders for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, while its four HDMI 1.4 inputs (with 3D support) handle a multitude of digital sources for an easy hook-up of satellite boxes, BD/DVD players or game consoles. All at the same time. The 5x 50W discrete powered channels can be used for a simple stereo setup but is also powerful enough to run a full 5.1 system creating spectacular surround sound. It all adds up to a fabulous sound with great video quality, wrapped together in an elegant slim-line design.
