The DA6690D island decor cooker hood brings the very latest in Miele's award-winning design and engineering expertise to create a remarkable and exclusive kitchen environment. Constructed from stainless steel and black glass, but available in a range of colours and finishes, the cooker hood is perfect for siting centrally above a free-standing island hob.
This model’s extraction mechanism uses highly efficient DC electric motors and triple LED downlights, each of which draw only two Watts each – a 90% reduction in power usage over previous models' halogen-based lighting technology. Fully dimmable, the soft, warm LED lighting can be finely tuned to match surrounding mood-lit environments at the touch of a button. The DA6690D introduces the very latest in wireless hood-to-hob communication technology: Con@ctivity 2.0. Paired with compatible hobs, the hood will automatically adjust extraction settings to match hob use, minimising energy usage.
The hood also features stainless steel, quick-release, dishwasher-friendly grease filters for easy cleaning, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
