Milestone Husky M50 is a 2U form factor, rack-mounted network video recorder. It is designed for high-performance video recording and includes a preloaded, NVR-optimized version of the XProtect® Professional video management software. The Husky M50 is ideal for installations that require live monitoring, and it includes a number of features that facilitate rapid incident response and coordination. With support for up to 128 cameras and a recording capacity of up to 64TB, the Milestone Husky M50 is a powerful, all-in-one surveillance system.
Know the location of every camera in your system with the interactive maps function, which provides an overview of all cameras, devices and layouts for the entire surveillance installation. Users can easily navigate to different cameras and views, both when monitoring the system live and when conducting investigations where they need to identify relevant camera angles.
The Husky M50 is also available as a hybrid option, which is an ideal solution if you already have analog cameras. The hybrid NVR comes with an integrated encoder that can handle video from both analog and IP cameras, so you don’t have to purchase external encoders. This reduces up-front costs and lets you migrate from analog to IP at your own pace.
