The WS5 is a recessed wall unit that offers discreet indoor surveillance in a compact package. This indoor housing has several vandal-resistant features, 12-gauge steel front cover, 16-gauge double gang box, security fasteners and Window Guard paint shields. Hi-res fixed camera with 3.6mm and 2.5mm fixed lenses and1/8" polycarbonate window with protecting paint shields. An internal metal bracket provides the camera 15° manual tilt above and below the horizon. The polycarbonate viewing window has a scratch resistant coating and comes with several Window GuardTM paint shields. The paint shield protects the viewing area of the window from permanent obstruction from spray paint and other soot that may obstruct the surveillance of the camera. Clear and tinted paint shields are included with the system and can be quickly and economically replaced preserving the utility of the polycarbonate window. Installation time for this system is decreased by offering such versatilities as 3 and 3conduit knockouts for wiring accesses through either the top, side or bottom.
