Provides PCI Express scalable, high-speed, serial I/O bus that maintains backward compatibility with PCI PCI applications and divers. Its architecture defines a high-performance, point-to-point, scalable, serial bus at speed of 500M bytes/sec to 4G Bytes/sec (8G bytes/sec in the future).

Application:
Per the current market trend in PC arena, The MRI-SATA3-e2CR support RAID processor (low CPU Utilization), and multi-tasking O.S. with its Bus Master DMA transfer algorithms. High transfer rate is supported up to 500MB/S for the large imaging data file applications. It breaks the bottleneck and extends the bandwidth of the current data I/O.
