ProBox is MSI’s brand new barebone series, custom designed for commercial purposes. ProBox23 is a super-small barebone with space-saving benefits. The new ProBox23 equips the H81 chipset, which is perfect for commercial applications. The specially designed VESA mount makes mounting the ProBox behind a monitor very easy, and saves more space than ever. Additionally, it also supports up to 65W CPUs and provides a high-performance for a wide range of applications.

Thin Mini-ITX platform with high performance

MSI’s new thin mini-ITX barebone can be equipped with Intel® Core™ i3, i5 and i7 processors. The MSI ProBox23 also includes a highly efficient CPU cooler, which is custom designed and supports CPUs up to 65W TDP. It promises the user will experience a high system performance and there is no need to compromise between size and power. The CPU cooler is smartly controlled by the system to provide the best cooling and an excellent balance between noise and performance.

Custom Designed VESA Mount

ProBox23 is designed for users and commercial enterprises that require a high performance and space saving solution altogether. The custom VESA mount is custom made to save space. With just one screw, the MSI ProBox23 can be mounted easily and neatly behind a monitor. Furthermore, the mount is flatly designed to reduce the distance between the monitor and a wall.

ProBox23 is equipped with a MSI H81TI Thin Mini-ITX motherboard. This motherboard uses award-winning Military Class 4 components. Military Class 4 is the next step in high quality components. Hi-C CAPs, Solid CAPs, Dark CAPs, together with SFC and Dark Chokes, ensure the system runs stable under extreme conditions. These key components have all passed extreme testing ensuring stable operation in the harshest environments.

Faster Than Ever

The ProBox23 series. This series uses the latest Intel® H81 chipset, and support the 4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor, the high performance processor of its kind to have the graphics processing unit (GPU) and CPU integrated onto the one chip, while also building a set of visual functions into the chip that ensure higher image quality when viewing video content or photos.

4K UHD - HDMI out

4K UHD has twice the horizontal and vertical resolution of the 1080p HDTV format (3840x2160), with four times as many pixels overall. MSI Bento23 native HDMI 1.4 output supports 4K Displays, delivering high quality next-gen screen.

Space Saving without Compromise

With a capacity of just 2.3 Liters, the tiny sized ProBox23 saves a lot of space compared to traditional desktop PCs. A standard ATX tower is easily bigger than 30 Liters and now with the new ProBox23 MSI can provide equal performance. With MSI ProBox23 there is no compromise between size and performance.

mSATA – SSD (option)

ProBox23 equips one onboard mSATA 6Gb/s connector. It is easily to upgrade storage to SSD with only one screw and increase 5 times faster accessing speed.

Dual 2.5” HDD

It is capable to install two 2.5” storage device with SATA III. Standard 2.5” HDD housing supports 9mm or 7.5mm HDD or SSD.
