The 320Fa features redundant CPU/IO modules that contain main hardware components, such as CPUs, memory and PCI-X slots. These two modules are hot-swappable, eliminating the need for operation interruption during replacement. With its new chipset that has been designed to control lockstep operation of these redundant modules, the 320Fa achieves advanced fault tolerance, enabling high-speed computing while preventing CPUs and memory from being heavily tasked.
