180 Watt Food Slicer W/ 7 1/2" Blade The Nesco® FS-200 food slicer sports a powerful 180 watt motor and a large multipurpose 7.5" hardened stainless steel serrated blade.

Slice meat, cheese , bread, vegetables and fruit quickly and easily with this quality slicer. Features precision depth control and a strong, high quality 180 watt gearmotor. Variable thickness control knob for 9/16" thickness range. The Quick Release food carriage allows easy clean-up.

If you expect to slice a lot of cheese, we recommend a motor of 130 watts or more. Cheese can create a lot of blade drag but the FS-200 slicer's motor has the power to take it in stride.
