The food carriage lifts off the base, blade unlocks with a quarter turn, and the serving tray slides off the back. Once the motor is removed all other components are dishwasher safe (on top rack). It's equipped with a 150 watt removable motor, stainless steel undulated cutting blade, and dual safety switch feature.
