The cooling capacity of this enclosure is tremendous and sufficient to be able to handle the newest disk up to 15.000 RPM. Because of the thermal pad conductivity surface on the inside of the lid of the Drive-A-Way™ the heat generated by the hard disk is dissipated to the aluminum enclosure perfectly.
