The patented solution that simultaneously manages the airconditioning and the SHW production, without outdoor unit! The outdoor unit?Removed! Only two holes can be seen on the external surface. In the room two units are refrigerant-circuit linked: the UNICO unit for the airconditioning and the high efficiency boiler for Sanitary Hot Water production.

UNICO BOILER combines a double exchange cycle in one unit:
- air to air cycle for the comfort (cooling and heating)
- air to water cycle for the SHW production

This technology combination makes UNICO BOILER an extremely flexible system :
- cooling only
- heating only
- SHW only
- cooling+SHW
- heating+ SHW

It is remarkably important that when UNICO BOILER is setted in the cooling+SHW mode, the heat removed from the indoor air to aircondition, instead of being unloaded outside, is recovered and transfered to the boiler unit. With such a functionality the SHW is produced for free : UNICO BOILER during the summer realizes the TOTAL RECOVERY OF THE ENERGY.
