Ultramed UV metal halide lamp, 460W, 230V, R7s, 280 - 400nm, 1000h Owing to their special high-quality filling components these lamps emit high radiation intensity in the ultra-violet range from 280 to 400nm. In combination with various filters and reflectors they enable high efficiency systems.

<b>Application</b>

- The high radiation intensity in the UVA range encourages tanning through direct pigmentation.
- A balanced proportion of UVB radiation helps form new pigmentation to achieve a lasting tan, depending on skin type.

Suitable filters must be used for the cosmetic applications mentioned above. The entire ULTRAMED range has been granted FDA approval.

Correct operation is only guaranteed if the lamps are used in equipment specially designed for them. They should therefore be installed only by the manufacturers of such equipment. The skin and eyes must not be exposed to direct or reflected unfiltered radiation.
