Details
The KV-S8127-V includes Kofax VRS Elite 5.0 software, features up to 120 ppm / 240 ipm speed, a large capacity ADF (up to 750 sheets) and Toughfeed intelligent feed control features.
Overview
The KV-S8127-V bundle combines Panasonic’s newest high-volume production scanner with Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS) Elite software. VRS Elite is an image enhancement tool that improves scanning productivity by reducing the time involved in manual document preparation and by automatically enhancing the quality of scanned images. It features a variety of advanced features and works hand-in-hand with the Panasonic KV-S8127 scanner. For example, when a user initiates a scan request, VRS evaluates and processes the request based on image type. Once the image is scanned, VRS applies adjustments as appropriate and then sends the processed image back to the scanning application.
The KV-S8127 features high-speed duplex scanning of up to 240 images per minute. It supports a large capacity of 750 sheets via the built-in ADF, advanced hardware image processing, and Panasonic’s Toughfeed intelligent feed control for scanning a wide range of documents from thin paper to cardboard. The highly durable, long life rollers can scan up to 600,000 documents between replacements.
