The RX-D29 is equipped with an MP3 decoder that allows you to play MP3 files that were burned onto CD-R/RWs. In addition to store-bought music CDs, you can also play back CD-DA format audio CD-R and CD-RWs as well. So you can burn music compilation CDs on a compatible computer and play them back in your RX-D29.

Accurately tune into your favorite radio stations and program up to 32 (20 FM/12 AM) of them into the RX-D29's preset memory for easy and quick access. Additional speakers give more precision and fuller sound to your music. The RX-D29 has four speakers incorporated into its compact body. It also comes equipped with a remote control to adjust volume, change tracks or switch stations.
