WJ-ND200 - Network Disk Recorder, 16 Cameras, MPEG-4, max. 15TB
Panasonic's ultra user friendly Network Disk Recorder
The WJ-ND200 HDD recorder is a secure and user-friendly recorder designed specifically for surveillance purposes. The revolutionary space saving design makes this unit total a staggeringly small, 270mm in width without comprising on features or reliability. In fact, this slim line NDR is capable of monitoring up to 16 cameras from up to four simultaneous clients, making the recorder especially suited to high quality surveillance in small to medium sized shops and offices.
The WJ-ND200 is both MPEG-4 and JPEG compatible enabling crisp reproduction of images produced by the cameras. The unit enables versatile recording functions including multi-recording, scheduled recording, emergency recording, external timer recording and event recording functions, providing unrivalled flexible recording options.
Using Panasonic i-Pro series network cameras, the WJ-ND200 can automatically detect the cameras and enables users to set up IP addresses easily whilst continuously checking the images. Manual set up is also possible but using Panasonic's i-pro network cameras, the automatic detection feature makes this NDR quick, simple and easier to set-up than ever before.
For high reliability, the WJ-ND200 supports disk mirroring; enabling image data to be stored in another HDD unit should one HDD unit fail, ensuring no incidents are missed and all imagery is continuously backed up.
The unit also enables you to limit access to the recorder by setting user names and passwords to restrict access to data and information. Furthermore, by activating the host authentication function, it is possible to block operations from unregistered IP addresses, keeping the recorder and all its data completely secure from those not authorised to view it.
