WV-CU161C - Controller, Single-Channel System, for Unitized Cameras <b>System Controller</b>

The Panasonic single channel controller allows control of Panasonic’s CS-range of fully functional cameras through its integrated joystick. These cameras can be controlled by simply connecting their coaxial video output into the controller for instant control of the cameras PTZ functions. Communication can also be taken through RS-485 to control cameras over greater distances or to give control of cameras connected through supported receivers.

Camera alarms can also be received by the WV-CU161C controller to alert the operator of alarm activity from the camera source. Preset positions can be called from a camera; furthermore the preset position data can be retrieved from the camera and stored on the controller, this is particularly useful if the preset positions need to be restored on the camera for any reason.

The menus for cameras can be easily accessed from the controller, making this controller an excellent option for service engineers wanting to gain quick access to a menu during the installation or support without the need for a fully operational system.
