ID-CON-CONNECT Premium HDMI DIY plug without housing The PureID series is a complete solution to individual HDMI cable lengths on site. The series allows, while laying the cable to make custom HDMI cable lengths without losing performance quickly and easily. Ideal for professional audio / video installations and media technology, digital signage, or home theaters and other applications that require specific cable lengths.

The ID-CON CONNECT is the inner part of the plug-quality HDMI DIY (Do-It-Yourself) connector ID-CON PRO. This spare part is the affordable alternative to the complete connector set, just in case one customizing operation should fail. So it must not be bought completely new connector.

The plug internal portion receives the 19 wires from the wire guides and is fixed by the two wire guides engage. The sharp, V-shaped metal pins penetrate the insulation of the wires and make the electrical connection between the cable and plug contact.

After successful IDC assembly, the male inner part will be connected with the outer shell.
