The Wi-TS provides a temperature output signal from an internal thermistor. The Wi-TS is designed to provide accurate, timely data while consuming minimal power, resulting in a battery life of up to four years.

Wireless monitoring systems provide many advantages over traditional hard-wired systems. One main benefit is installation cost – no longer are electricians and conduit necessary to have an accurate temperature monitoring system. Adding new sensors or relocating current ones is made simple using RLE’s wireless sensor network manager (Wi-MGR), which contains an auto-discover mechanism that detects modifications to the system.
