Rommelsbacher's INDUCTION COOKING PLATES – enjoy the most rapid and most efficient way of cooking.
Due to the 90% efficiency and up to 50% energy conservation involved you will experience a new dimension of cooking. The concept behind the induction technology is the electromagnetic principle, according to which ferrous materials are automatically detected and heated. As a result, this novel technology does not provide heat to the cooking surface, but straight to the pot bottom, which is also why it is especially safe and easy to clean.
Its operation is handled via electronic Touch Control sensors. Alternatively, you may opt for five temperature settings or the supplied power in nine settings. The ease of use is optimised through a cooking time pre-selection of up to 99 minutes with automatic switch-off and audible signal, as well as through overheating protection, residual heat indication and power display.
