For example, Green Tea tastes much nicer when made with water that’s heated to 70°C, whereas black tea lovers enjoy a much richer flavour when water reaches boiling point.

The Illumina Kettle features a unique light ring that changes colour as water heats up so you’ll know at a glance when the water reaches the right temperature. The ring also changes colour as it cools down.
