The Diamond 3 SAD Lightbox comes with a base allowing it to tilt forward and backwards 6-12 degrees, as research has shown that angled light that hits the back of the retina can be more benefial.

The Diamond 3 SAD Lightbox is also recommended for use with ME due to the variable light output. You have the option of having 1, 2 or 3 lights on.
