Combined with the Safescan TA management software, it is all you need for efficient and accurate time and attendance recording of your employees.
Not sure whether to go for a fingerprint-based system or our RFID badge-based system? You do not have to choose! The Safescan TA-8030 combines the best of both worlds. And that means maximum flexibility and operational reliability.
Are some of your employees hesitant towards fingerprint recognition? Or do you want to register the attendance of certain groups of employees (such as temporary workers) separately? With the Safescan TA-8030 you can choose a clocking in method with fingerprint or card for each employee individually. Employees simply clock their arrival and departure time at the TA-8030 terminal.
Data is available Real-Time through the Ethernet (LAN) network connection and can be managed with the included Safescan TA-8 Software. With its easy reporting functions, evaluating the attendance and work hours of your employees has never been easier. The works code function allows you to see what projects your staff has been working on. Work codes can also be used to register incidents such as doctor’s visit, business trips, sick leave, and other user defined incidents.
As an added benefit, the real-time presence overview enables you to print out a fire-roll-call report at any time, for enhanced safety of your employees.
